This Respiratory Equipment and Supply company is a very special place. They really care about their customers who are patients struggling to breathe. The owner Noel Estrada and his employees were extremely responsive to my 97 year old mother during her 6 month battle with severe pulmonary hypertension. He gave me his cell number and responded to texts at all hours of the night and weekendds for things I might need that Hospice was slow in providing like oxygen and portable oxygen concentrators. He even came to my mother in laws funeral. I am a former Nursing Vice President of a hospital in New York City and have come upon many respiratory therapists and equipment companies. I give Noel 10 stars from the bottom of my heart. They were there from the long run even when it did not make business sense to be. We will always be in their debt for their care and service.

Noel is great. He knows his stuff. He isn't pushy at all. His price was fair, and he came to install when promised. The work was neat and clean and he spent time showing us the stair chair operation. We had a hard time choosing which company to go with because they were both so good, but we are so glad we went with Noel and his company. He treated us like family.
We ordered a SEAT-LIFT CHAIR from Noel Estrada, recently. My husband Nathaniel Nixon has had two major surgeries in the last six months. This has been a very difficult experience for our family. It was not possible for him to return home without the aid of the SEAT-LIFT CHAIR.
After the installation of the chair, he was very patient with the instructions in operating the chair.
